Panellists at the event were specifically selected to articulate as honestly as possible, how they have provided room for another woman to grow. They included Mo Abudu, Founder/ CEO Ebonylife TV; Kofo Akinkugbe, CEO Secure ID; Bidemi Zakariyau, CEO LSF PR; and Peace Hyde, Head of Digital Media and Partnerships, Forbes Africa. During the panel discussion moderated by Tosin Durotoye, the panellists shared their personal experiences of creating opportunities for other women and touched on topics such as personal branding, speaking up, collaborating and much more. The panel discussion came to an end with an insightful speech from the special guest, Dr Oby Ezekwesili, who encouraged the women present to grow their network and master the art of collaboration to achieve multiplied results. The vision of WiiN is to empower every woman to speak up with confidence and “WiiN” in her career, be it in business or the corporate world by being inspired, coached and mentored for success.
